Our room had a nice balcony, great amenities, and large windows.

The hotel had fantastic friendly staff members. Our room was good-sized and beautifully maintained equipped with balcony, good facilities, as example, paid £ 39. Incredible services were available.

I stayed in this simple hotel for 3 days, had really really nice experience, really enjoyed its magnificent location near to all San Sebastian, the seafront and old town, and city center. The staff was superfriendly and amicable at all times. I didn't want to say goodbye and would love to stay here again.

Amazing location in a cafe 100 yards along the road. staff is only there between 10.00-16.00,they are very helpfull,we were there during flightcrisis,they helped out.location on the 1st floor,in big shoppingstr.1 block from the ocean,from our balcony u could even see the see

since there is no bar it would be nice to find a small bottle of water in your room

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great Location and room was soundproofed and very new.

Because of the floorboards in the hotel it could be quite noisy when other guests moved around. Certainly did not ruin our stay. A larger sign on the entrance side of the hotel would help in finding it after a long train trip.

The room was spacious and functional, with a nice balcony, and the service was exceptional, with great attention to detail.

Great stay in a nice part of town, right off the beach--nice big room, lovely new furnishings, nice bathroom fixtures, balcony. The owner M was very helpful and friendly and speaks perfect English--had a lot of spot-on recommendations for places to eat. Strong Wi-Fi signal too! I will definitely come back when I get a chance to return to san sebastian!

Great location only one block from the main beach and easy walk to the old town. Owner was very helpful in pointing out things to do and places to eat at around the city. Clean comfortable rooms.

Unfortunately there was restoration work in an adjacent building that was quite loud throughout the hotel. Being woken by drilling at 8 in the morning was a bit unpleasant. Although nothing to do with Pension Garate we thought we should have at least been informed of this at check in. Walls are pretty thin as it is.

Grat location -- but it took few extra minutes to find it good location . no parking space or special price option , no food deals clean rooms , great wifi

The service was outstanding, the food was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly.

Nothing to fault the hotel. The rooms and entrance were immaculate and the staff very helpful and informative. Location could not be any better- just a couple of minutes walk to the concha bay and five mins from the old town. Nice size rooms and bathroom. Good price for San Sebastian and the quality of the hotel.
